"PizzaTowerGuy" created Pizza Tower, a fast-paced 2D platform game. The game's theme is based on Italian cuisine. In the game, players must explore a building with multiple floors, solve puzzles, defeat enemies, and finally reach the top of the tower to rescue the kidnapped girlfriend.
Play as a pizza chef tasked with creating delectable pizzas and delivering them to customers as quickly as possible! There are several levels to complete, each of which requires you to cook different types of pizza and satisfy customer requests. You must also manage your time and resources in order to deliver the pizza on time and without disappointing anyone. The more levels you complete, the more diverse the ingredients and pizza recipes become. Expand your pizzeria by upgrading the available kitchen utensils!
In terms of plot, Pizza Tower keeps things simple: You take on the role of Peppino Spaghetti, the down-on-his-luck owner of Peppino Pizza, who finds himself frantically climbing the neighboring Pizza Tower in an attempt to stop the giant pizza in the sky from blowing up his shop with a laser. The art has an intentionally low-quality look that appears to have been created in MS Paint, but it all comes together to give Pizza Tower a strikingly unique appearance. Peppino is one of the most expressive characters I've ever seen, ranging from a nervous wreck to a rabid psychopath bulldozing his way through lines of enemies to a musclebound anime protagonist. It's completely insane and does an excellent job of emulating the 90's cartoon style of characters being drawn off-model for comedic effect.
