In this game, you must move your character from the left to the right side of the screen while avoiding obstacles, hopping on platforms, and defeating various adversaries. The game is partially inspired on Smart Egg Pictures' 1991 made-for-television American film Adventures in Dinosaur City. In truth, the game incorporates many of the film's characters, plot, scenery, and other elements.
